The name “Drak” means dragon in Czech, a heartfelt nod to my heritage. My grandmother’s family hailed from what was then Czechoslovakia, naming the brand Drak felt like the perfect way to honor her memory while infusing each guitar with a sense of tradition and meaning.

About Our Products
Details matter.
Every guitar is special and we put care into every detail of the guitar. Matching headstock veneers, special inlays, whatever you want. Even if that means adding a micro chamfer around the headstock by hand, no detail is too small.
Playability is extremely important. If a guitar doesn’t feel good, no one will play it. So we take extra care to make sure our guitars are the most comfortable guitar you’ve ever played. Full access neck heels, hand shaped semi-hemispherical fret ends and other details make our guitars a joy to play.
Since our guitars are truly custom, YOU choose the hardware. Of course we are here to help you find the hardware and electronics configuration that’s perfect for YOU!
Though we can create any neck profile, most Drak guitars feature an asymmetrical neck profile. Our neck profile is thicker on the bass side towards the nut but flattens out near the ‘Danger Zone’ by the body. This profile makes the neck feel extremely comfortable whether you’re playing chords or showing off some serious lead work.
We source high quality materials, from exotic import woods to locally sourced domestic wood, we make sure nature’s beauty can show through.
